Birthday Girl

 

Today I turn 34, not quite sure how that happened, but the older we get, I guess we all feel like that; each year just creeps up on you a bit.

Anyway, we had a lovely day to mark the occasion which revolved around food (always good!) We started with breakfast at The Anchorage, followed by a little play in the park and onto tasting plates and cakes at No58 cellar door.

So, Terry is now at work, Darcy and Quinn are asleep for the night, so I can enjoy the rest of my birthday by finishing my book on the sofa with a nice cup of tea. Hopefully tomorrow we can get in the garden to put up some of my presents and plant my new lemon tree...
